2. Refunds for Hosting Services

Our hosting services are billed in advance. Refunds for hosting services are available under the following conditions:

  • Cancellation Within 14 Days: If you cancel your hosting plan within 14 days of purchase, you are eligible for a full refund of the hosting fees.
  • Service Downtime: If there is significant, prolonged downtime (exceeding 48 hours) due to server issues under our control, we will issue a prorated refund for the affected period.
  • Non-Refundable Services: Domain registration fees, SSL certificates, and other third-party services purchased through our platform are non-refundable.

3. Refunds for Website Development Services

Refunds for website development services will be considered under the following conditions:

  • Cancellation Within 14 Days: If you cancel your website development project within 14 days of signing the agreement and before any work has commenced, you will receive a full refund.
  • Partial Completion: If the project is canceled after work has begun but within the first 14 days, refunds will be issued based on the percentage of work completed, minus any non-refundable expenses.
  • Scope of Work: If the final deliverables do not match the agreed-upon scope of work, and the issue cannot be resolved through revisions, a partial refund may be issued.
  • Client Approval: Once a website development phase or the final project has been approved by the client, no refunds will be issued.

4. Digital Products and Downloads

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales of digital downloads are final and non-refundable. We do not accept returns or provide refunds for any digital products once the download or access has been provided.

  • No Return Policy: Once you have purchased and downloaded a digital product, it cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged under any circumstances. Please ensure that you review product descriptions and requirements carefully before making a purchase.
